[The survey is closed, but you can get the report sent to you by requesting it here.]

For years I’ve been studying both organizations’ needs from the Human beings they employ, such as managing change and initiative. I’m equally, if not more, interested in the often minimized needs that Human beings need met through their work, such as appreciation and meaning. I believe there is mindset shift that can take place, both on the part of organization leaders and employees that can lead to “ReImagining Work Relationships,” where both parties synergistically work to get their needs met for their mutual benefit.

The RequestBefore I launch the program I am developing to promote this shift, I really need your help. I am seeking input from managers, HR professionals, corporate employees and anyone who deals with corporate employees, about current employee development needs, as related to my program. Your voice is essential in this conversation. Would you be willing to respond to some questions? If you feel moved to do so, it should take you less than 10 minutes (see link to a survey below).

The Survey – After completing the survey, you will have an opportunity to request to receive the survey results, targeted for release Oct. 12. The closing date for the survey is Tuesday, Sept. 29.

I so much appreciate you for contributing your time, thoughts and consideration to my development process.
